Shipping Policy

We offer shipping via Australia Post for all orders within Australia. For orders under $50, there is a flat shipping fee of $9.95. For orders over $50, shipping is free. We also offer express shipping for a flat fee of $15. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and shipped within 3-5 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most orders are delivered within 7-10 business days.

Please note that we currently offer international shipping only to New Zealand.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned items must be in their original condition, with all tags and labels attached. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@esfolia.com.au

We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your item(s). Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping, unless the item(s) arrived damaged or defective.
